Programme change reserved.
The Slovak Chamber of Architects has included the conference in their education of members, participants will receive 10 credits for attending. After the conference, we will send a confirmation to the participants.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORGANISER
The conference is organised by Inštitút pre pasívne domy, Račianska 78, 831 02 Bratislava, reg. no.: 31809944, tax no.: 2022080280.
REGISTRATION
Registrations sent by conference participants (“participants”) to the organiser are considered binding. The organiser has the right to reject a registration and/or to propose a modification to a registration.
PAYMENT
A deposit invoice will be issued following a participant’s binding registration. If the invoice is not paid by the payment due date the organiser has the right to cancel the registration.
CANCELLATION FEES
If a participant cancels their participation in the conference:
- more than 30 calendar days before the event, the contract is terminated without recourse (any deposits already paid will be refunded in full)
- 14 to 30 calendar days before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee will be applied
- less than 14 calendar days before the event, a cancellation fee of 100% of the registration fee will be applied
The contract will be terminated if circumstances arise that, through no fault of the organiser, prevent the conference from taking place. In such a case, participants will be entitled to a full refund of their deposit; no other claims for damage will be accepted.
